Built around
how CA firms actually run
“I just want other professionals to have a tool that makes their practice easier. That’s why we built this.”
Why I built Practicore

Founder · Blazen Labs
I’m Krishna, founder of Blazen Labs. I also run Krishna Biz Solutions, my own professional practice.
Running my own practice, I kept running into the same scene in every firm I came across: week-of-filing panic, WhatsApp threads with forty documents, Tally on one screen and Excel on another, a physical register for DSCs, and the slow grind of things falling through the cracks.
The software that claimed to help didn’t. Most of it was a single-slice compliance tracker or a generic task tool retrofitted onto the profession. None of it felt like it was built by someone who understood the actual shape of the work.
So I started building — first for myself. Practicore is what I wished existed. Today it runs every client engagement at Krishna Biz Solutions, and I want other professionals to have it too.
The patchwork
Walk into any CA firm in India and you’ll find the same scene: Excel for tracking, WhatsApp for client communication, Tally for books, a filing portal open in one tab, email in another, and a physical register somewhere on the desk. The firm’s “system” is a patchwork of disconnected tools held together by individual memory and heroic effort.
The software that exists for CAs hasn’t helped much. Most “CA software” is really just a compliance tracker with a basic task list bolted on. It covers one slice of the work and ignores everything else — billing, audit, company secretarial, team management, client communication, analytics. Firms end up buying three or four tools and still filling the gaps with spreadsheets.
Practicore was built to end the patchwork. One platform that actually covers the full scope of a CA practice — from the moment a client engagement begins to the final filing, from the first journal entry to the annual audit report. Eight integrated modules, a single database, and workflows that reflect how Indian CA firms actually operate.
How we decide
Precision over polish
We spent three weeks getting the bank reconciliation auto-matching engine right before we’d ship a single screen for it. If the numbers don’t match, we surface the mismatch — we don’t hide it behind a loader.
Practitioner-first
Every workflow in Practicore has been run at Krishna Biz Solutions before it reaches you. If something doesn’t feel right in real use, we fix it before widening access.
No feature lock-outs
Starter users get every module. Every PDF tool. Every compliance tracker. Every integration. Complexity belongs in the workflow, not in the pricing page.
Indian by design
We don’t have a generic “tax” module that was localised. GST, ITR, TDS, ROC compliance — they’re first-class citizens, built for the Indian regulatory calendar from day one.
Honestly, we’re early
Krishna Biz Solutions is the firm running on Practicore today. We’re onboarding a small cohort of early-adopter firms through 2026, and keeping the group small on purpose — every workflow in Practicore needs to hold up in your practice before we widen access.
If you’re a CA, CS, or practising professional who wants to try it, write to Krishna directly. We read every email.
