By accessing or using Practicore, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms","Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User","you","your") and Practicore ("we","us","our","Service") governing your use of our task management platform and related services.

Service Description

Practicore is a comprehensive practice management platform designed for professionals including Chartered Accountants (CA), Company Secretaries (CS), Cost and Management Accountants (CMA), and professional service firms. The Service includes:

Task management and tracking
Client management and KYC
Filing trackers (GSTR, ITR, ROC)
Invoice generation and billing
Email automation
Team collaboration tools
Reports and analytics
Time tracking

User Accounts & Workspace Management

Account Creation & Responsibility

To use our Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

All activities that occur under your account

Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

Acceptable Use Policy

Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following activities are prohibited:

Service disruption or interference

Data & Content Rights

You retain all rights to the data and content you upload. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data to provide the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Section 04

Third-Party Services & Integrations

Practicore integrates with third-party services to enhance functionality. By using these integrations, you agree to the following terms in addition to each provider's own terms of service.

Cloud Storage (Google Drive & OneDrive)

Service Description

You may connect your Google Drive or Microsoft OneDrive account to automatically organize task-related documents in cloud storage. This integration creates folders and uploads files on your behalf within your own cloud storage account.

Your Responsibilities

  • You must have a valid Google or Microsoft account with sufficient storage space
  • You are responsible for compliance with Google's and Microsoft's terms of service
  • You authorize Practicore to create folders and upload files to your connected account
  • You may revoke access at any time through Settings or directly through Google/Microsoft

Data & Privacy

  • We only access files and folders created by Practicore (limited drive.file scope)
  • Your files remain in your cloud storage account under your control
  • OAuth tokens are encrypted and stored securely (see our Privacy Policy)

Third-Party Terms Apply

When using third-party integrations, you are also bound by:

Limitation of Liability

Practicore is not responsible for any data loss, service interruptions, or issues arising from third-party services. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or reliability of any third-party integration. If a third-party service modifies their API or terms, integration functionality may be affected without prior notice.

Section 05

Payment & Billing Terms

Subscription Plans

The Service is offered under various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is available on our website and may be subject to change with notice.

Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is due immediately upon subscription activation. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Refund Policy

All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If payment fails, we may suspend access until payment is received. Outstanding balances may result in termination.

Section 06

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will cease
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion
  • You may export your data before termination

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in fraudulent activity
  • Fail to pay subscription fees
  • Abuse or misuse the Service

Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED"AS IS"AND"AS AVAILABLE"WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

This includes but is not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free/uninterrupted operation.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or data loss
Actions of third parties

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India.

!All compliance calculations, tax computations, and filing deadlines should be independently verified by qualified professionals
!Users are solely responsible for ensuring accuracy of all data entered and filings made using the platform
!The Service does not guarantee compliance with ICAI, ICSI, ICMAI, or any regulatory body requirements
!Automated reminders and due date calculations are for reference only and should not be solely relied upon

Compliance Liability

Practicore shall not be liable for any penalties, interest, or consequences arising from missed filing deadlines, incorrect calculations, or non-compliance with statutory requirements. Users acknowledge that they bear full responsibility for meeting all regulatory obligations and deadlines, regardless of any reminders or notifications provided by the Service.

  • Backup critical data regularly
  • Review all filings before submission
